Yeah bro this is isn’t a “Correlation not Causation” type of argument. This has been a constant since after WWII fam. It is replicable in many countries in which a further left or central government will do better economically than a right wing one. They also produce policy that amplifies the worsening economic situation for short term gains thus resulting in worse conditions.

This goes against what you’re saying? You realize this right? Admitting part of this is due to the actual policy being made by parties. While Covid was certainly a bad economic situation for Trump, he also amplified the negatives with his policy making, making a much worse economic situation and leading to far more deaths.
