Bc as she is speeding away, it’s too quick to make a rational decision. They are trained to empty the mag the target once the first bullet comes out.

No they are not trained to empty the mag. Maybe read on the policies of use of deadly force and come back to make a reasonable argument. An officer is responsible for his magazine and every bullet

There’s a reason cops almost never shoot at moving cars lmao especially in residential neighborhoods. Given how many people saw it happen live it’s safe to say we were lucky that only one person got shot and killed today

Yes exactly The prohibition is so that more danger isn’t caused by the moving vehicle. So him shooting the woman actually caused more danger evidently so.

Yup. The woman’s foot was on her accelerator too when she was killed so ice basically sent a 4000 lb uncontrolled missile down the block. Yet another reason police try to avoid shooting people while they’re driving

Policies aren’t reality. Have you seen this admin? Plus with “proprietary/confidential training programs”, you never know how they’re trained. All ik is a relative was an ex air marshal (another federal agent) and he couldn’t go into detail but said “when it comes to a fed, you better pray that first bullet doesn’t fly” and it stuck.
