i’d be happy to pay higher taxes if it meant that my tax dollars were going towards something to help the people of our country. plus tax raise wouldn’t take as much from my wallet as my meds do

While COL is lower it is still not low enough to offset Americas higher wages. Except for Luxembourg which is exceptional for a number of reasons.
