They also arrested him, accusing him of being under the influence, after catching him driving the wrong way down a road. They had the opportunity to call in a specialist who is trained to know the difference between drugs and a medical emergency. The officer on scene said in his body cam footage, “It’d be a huge waste of time.” Guilty unless proven innocent.
