Its a pretty shallow take to think this helps Amazon, it means that all the workers who would now have to be actual Amazon employees are entitled to Amazon’s benefits and Amazon would face consequences for unsafe work conditions or practices against them as it wouldn’t be an agreement entered into by the driver. Yes, technically it hurts small businesses and that’s really unfortunate, but these businesses only existed to in essence benefit Amazon
