Looked it up: if congress doesn’t declare war, the pull-out needs to start by April 29

The War Powers Resolution adds that a president can actually go beyond this by an additional 30 days as “unavoidable military necessity” but the President is supposed to be scaling back efforts in this period. But Trump seems to get away with almost anything anyways. I could totally see him bending the rules and using these extra 30 days, beyond the 60. But the republicans control all branches of government, if it needs to go beyond 60 I doubt they will refuse to declare war.
