Oh my god Did Trump start ICE? Did Trump create Israel? He's just the current war criminal in power, he is not the first or the last Get your head out of the sand my dude. Even when he leaves office, there is currently nothing that will stop the next republican from doing this all again. And Dems will just let it happen like they always do.

If the only thing keeping this country from becoming Nazi germany 2.0 is who is in power, then the entire system is fucked. This doesn't happen in other countries, and yet it has happened to us twice in the last decade.

Trump drastically expanded ICE’s budget and directives, and single handedly started this war. So yes, he is unique. He is a petulant child and incredibly narcissistic. I agree that there needs to be serious repercussions for Trump so that other republicans cat do the same, and the only way that can happen is if democrats win midterms and 2028.
