Jan 6th was essentially the death of the American experiment. The fact that those people essentially got away with treason set the stage for everything they’ve done since. Not to mention Trump’s subsequent (constitutionally prohibited) reelection has already made inevitable several million deaths. 9/11 of course caused millions of deaths too since in the aftermath we destabilized basically the entire middle east.

Kinda depends in a way. Lives lost no. But January 6th started the mess we are in now. It was one of the first pieces to fall in the mistrust in elections and the government.

I see what you mean, but if we’re gonna be honest about the first thing to fall in place about that, it was the 2000 election. That’s where the timeline went wrong

I 100% believe that the sequence of events that led to today started when Bush was handed an election before counting votes was done

Definitely not disagreeing. When we look back at the 2000-2030 time period it’s gonna be very interesting imo.
