Politics are shaped by socialization, which occurs outside the womb, after genetics has been established and passed down. Sure there might be some similarities in the brain that leads to people being more republican that they might’ve passed down but there’s no definitive “Republican” or “liberal” part of the brain

Yes and no. Like I said, some political views can be influenced by genetics based on statistical correlations observed in populations, but most of the variation is explained by the environment. And there are brain regions associated with different types of views (I believe the amygdala is one) but it's likely a complex interaction between genes and environment
