that video/film doesn't have the "truth revealing" effect people once assumed it would because people will and do comb through thousands of hours of footage to deceptively edit together a minute of clips to weaponize against their enemies that media companies are incentivized to prop up disinfo storms that take the form of social media "investigations" that AI is going to make engaging in disinfo campaigns dangerously easy

I mean I don’t think you can say that beyond a reason of a doubt that it’s a shock collar. Also I doubt doing what you said would make any real difference

That’s what I would do, but then again I don’t use a shock collar, my dog don’t wear a collar in the house. But he didn’t smack the dog or anything as far as I know, he just needs to get rid of the collar and tell everyone he was wrong and tried to lie.
