True but the issue of black on black homicide is a much larger issue than lynchings. That doesn't mean that any one person is more important than another, it's simply stating the fact that there are A LOT more murders that are black on black homicide than that are lynchings.

Majority isn’t the word I meant, I’m tired and English isn’t my first language But we’re talking about races having more homicides rates with victims of the same race, 80%, 90% doesn’t matter if they’re both over 50 but idek why we started talking about this in all fairness

Ok well I'm gonna go with what you're saying and assume that 10% is a statistically insignificant amount in this study. That being said, we have to assume that lynchings (which take up much less than 10% of murder with black victims) are statistically insignificant themselves.

Under all the circumstances listed, assuming that you can prove them all, that is not legally considered murder.
