If they had family there since 1848 they’d be American and not subject to deportation

So you understand then that a group of people can originate in one place and migrate outwards, especially when borders are redrawn? It’s incredibly common for people here to have family currently in Mexico and visa versa.

Okay, I’ll try and make it easier for you to understand. If people had been living in once space since 1848 like New Mexico they would be Americans. A different group of people going there because of “similar culture” while doing it illegally are going to be deported, because they did it illegally.

Tell that to the ICE agents that have been grabbing random hispanic people and even fucking native americans.

They aren’t grabbing random people, they have administrative warrants dopey

They’ve been caught on camera admitting they’re grabbing random people… they’ve also been refusing to show warrants, and been caught getting warrants only after already kidnapping people.

Yeah if a random person tells an ICE agent to show their warrant they don’t have to, because they’re administrative warrants. And i’d love for you to provide where they were “caught on camera admitting” that they’re just going around grabbing people

It’s been pretty well documented that ICE has straight up been abducting people without either warrants or identifying themselves, they’ve legit just pulled people over and detained them on suspicion. They’ve even detained U.S. citizens on multiple occasions

Because it isn’t people screaming at ICE and ICE ignoring them isn’t “documented proof” of them kidnapping people. You’re both just brainless.
