California is cool. If housing went down like 15% it would be even better.

Supply and demand, bay-bee. Basic economics: if everyone didn’t want to live there, housing prices would go down. (Do have to allow for scarcity due to government regulations, however.)

I think its cause they're programmed to think that communism = an overbearing government and vice versa
