For every dollar spent on SNAP, 1.73 is added to the economy, and it makes perfect sense why. Starving people are less productive, more likely to commit crime, and require more healthcare attention down the line.
Plus, its the right thing to do.
We wouldn’t need to spend so much on SNAP if corporations just paid a living wage 😔
