I feel it’s only a matter of time before trump tries to argue we are at war with illegal immigrants and idk what the Supreme Court would rule.

If you think about it, in Washington they have squatters rights and if said squatter was a active soldier on leave, then they would break the third in the constitution

he’d need congress to vote on it. ik the last war that was actually voted on was wwii, but in this case i don’t think he could get around congress
