Since 1949, the Constitution also protects freedom of speech and freedom of expression. I think we can safely ignore

The current administration has shown time and time again that they will gladly trample over the constitution and face barely any pushback. America is regressing into barbarism while the rest of the world continues to grow into a better place for all

We quite literally cannot safely ignore. The Constitution is only as meaningful as those interpreting it in the judiciary decide — which is very little right now, as Callais made quite clear. Not to mention that free speech rights in LGBTQ+ issues are getting shakier by the month lately; just look at the Chiles holding.
