No they did not. They have ruled that federal Judges do not have the jurisdiction to block the President. The Supreme Court still has the power to overturn anything non constitutional.
As of today, the Supreme Court has given Trump the power to write basically any executive order, and there’s nothing anybody can do about it.

And here I thought republicans opposed unchecked central power. Now states have less power than ever while he says a newborn baby is illegal

The Supreme Court refuses to do anything against Trump. It’s the same votes every time. It’s a horrible ruling and you know it. Pretends the majority was democrats, and the president was AOC, and think about how you would feel about this ruling. What OP claimed is true in practice, even if it isn’t technically true on paper.

No they didn’t. The constitution is quite clear. If state law and federal law are in conflict the federal law is the one that will be enforced. The president is checked by the Supreme Court, there is no provision for granting power over the president to any other court.

I have already cited a case under this post where the Supreme Court ruled against trump. I cited the case number for you.

You do realize this is literally the purpose of the federal courts right? So now what happens is, when Trump blatantly violates the constitution you have to individually sue. And because injunctions are banned; that means it will take literally years for anything to be resolved in the courts. In the meantime, they can just keep violating the law. And if your case is eventually resolved, that only helps you, they can still keep doing it to literally any other person.

this is effectively our equivalent to the Enabling Acts of 1933, which made Hitler’s position of Chancellor into a dictatorial one. with this ruling, Trump can literally do anything he wants, he can effectively make legislation by himself because there is no way to stop him in a timely manner. the 6 justices that made this ruling are guilty of treason.

Federal courts have never had the power to overturn the executive. National injunctions were used 11 times before trump came into office. It’s a political move, and a blatant overstep of the federal judiciary

Are you insane? No it is not. Trunk has 4 years of this term. the SCOTUS can overturn him. Congress can impeach him. Sit down.

ah yes a ruling where they said “you shouldn’t do this but we won’t make you stop” what a great example.

The federal courts lost the ability to issue national injunctions. They can still issue injunctions over their federal district
