On the same note I’ve noticed POC not be interacted with as much in the office bc ppl are afraid of accidentally saying something that could be taken the wrong way so “not interacting is the safest option”. I also feel like it can relate to the cultural appropriation thing to where ppl are so afraid of being canceled for it there is no appreciation anymore and it’s further preventing cultures from connecting and sharing
