All of that plus the fact that they’ve now lumped in people with legal status into “illegal”. It was never about legality. It was always about race. Otherwise they wouldn’t call people who have asylum applications, work permits, or protected status “illegal”

#1 15wthat’s the thing that REALLY pisses me off like they went through the rigorous processes of getting here legally just to be put in detention camps with no access to food or water. WHEN THEY CAME HERE LEGALLY!!!!! Nobody deserves it even immigrants without papers but these people do have the papers! It is absolutely about race.
