People who hate America and fund raise/organize groups in support of actual terrorists should fuck off to whatever shit hole country they came from. Believe it or not, people here on student visas are not entitled to stay here if they’re evil pieces of human debris like MK

You either have no idea why MK was in the trouble he was in or you don’t care that he arranged fundraisers that benefited actual terrorist groups and routinely spouted anti-American opinions. MK might not be a terrorist directly but he certainly doesn’t belong in our country… thus he should fuck off and never come back if he hates it so much

Why are you so anti free speech? You’ve yet to even provide ANY evidence that he fundraised for any terrorist groups. He organized protests against Israel on campus. That’s it, and that is protected under the first amendment. You obviously don’t believe in the first amendment based off of everything you’ve said, but I want to know why

Again, why do you hate free speech? You are allowed to say anti American things in this country. You may dislike it, but it doesn’t change the fact it’s the right of every person in the US

MK, as a non-citizen, does not have the same free speech protections as a citizen. You might say he has the privilege of free speech but openly advocating for Hamas and Hezbollah is potentially grounds for being removed from the country, which again he is not a citizen of (supporting terrorist groups IS barred by US immigration laws. MK was the president of a group at Columbia U called CUAD (I’d look them up if you’re unfamiliar). They routinely advocated for Hamas and for the eradication of

Israel and the west. They also brought in terror affiliated guest speakers to the university in addition to posting terrorist supporting and anti Israel content in their socials.

Factually incorrect statement. Just wrong It’s already been ruled people who are in the US have these rights. It’s the law of the land, not the law of the citizens Again, why do you hate free speech so much? You said he is anti American and should be deported

Sorry, he wasn’t the president of the org actually… he was a spokesperson and negotiator. The point is him and his student organization support terrorism, hate the west, and thus are violating US immigration laws which is grounds for removal from the country because again, he is not a citizen and does not have the same free speech protections as one

Again, just a factually incorrect statement. People in the US all have the same amount of free speech, it’s the law of the land. You just hate free speech when you disagree with it

Go ahead and look up “is it against immigration laws for foreign nationals to advocate for terrorist groups”. I don’t hate free speech, but if a terrorist supporting POS wants to come to our country and spread his poison, then he doesn’t belong here and he should fuck off back to where he came from.

It’s about ENGAGING with terrorist activity. Read your own damn source, this is coming from USCIS. Khalil didn’t engage in any terrorist activity at all, and is here legally as a green card holder

CUAD did engage in terrorist activity under these pretenses. MK may be a green card holder but that doesn’t give him the right to engage in terrorist activity. If anything, he should be glad that he gets to live in America instead of calling for the “total eradication of western civilization” (yes, they really said that). Thus, to reiterate, he should fuck off

Where did he endorse it? I haven’t yet to find any video evidence of him openly proclaiming that he supports Hamas. Nor have I seen any evidence that he endorsed some of their tactics. If there was actual evidence of it happening, why isn’t that available?

Eradication doesn’t mean terrorism directly. If someone says they want to eradicate poverty, it doesn’t mean they’re going to start bombing homeless people

The first one here is the most impactful. They distributed materials directly supporting the October 7th attack, using Hamas’s name directly, saying “revolution until victory” and calling the attack a moral victory, and quoting the leader of Hamas.

What’s your point? The idea is that CUAD, which MK was a spokesperson and negotiator for, did in fact engage in terrorism as defined by USCIS.

The far right is by far the largest group that does anti semetic hate crimes. Yet I look them up on the website and see nothing about them. Fascinating. It’s almost as if they care about defending Israel and not stopping actual antisemitism

Sorry, it’s just the first thing that comes up when you look up “how does CUAD engage in terrorism.” I don’t pay for other news subscriptions but the Washington Post and NY times have similar articles, I just can only see the headlines 😂

But even if they were engaging in terrorism under the legal definition (they are, as I’ve proven) you probably still wouldn’t want him deported, yes?

Oh this could open an entirely new door, but essentially I do not believe the US government is acting in good faith when they define the campus protests as terrorism. Both the Biden and Trump administrations

That’s fine, we can definitely agree on that haha. All I’m saying is that under the law as written MK engaged in terrorism which would provide the grounds for him to be deported. I also just fundamentally don’t think we should let foreign nationals stay in our country when they call for the eradication of western civilization. But that may be where we have to agree to disagree.
