the federal judge said that the accusation of rape was substantially true. also clarified that the reason the jury said "no" to the rape part is because New York law requires vaginal penetration with a penis. he said that, in common terms, trump still did digitally ("digitally" meaning with his fingers) rape her by non-consensually groping her sexual/private parts
