Well taking estrogen significantly reduces the risk of prostate cancer but I’d assume it’s still good to check

For MTFs, if you have a prostate you should still get exams. As for FTMs, testosterone can cause you to grow prostate tissue, which could theoretically become cancerous, but I don’t know if that’s ever been documented before
