Update 2: nope! Thank god I was about to tear this sweet creature apart and put her back together. Key friction! It’s friction between the keyboard side of the accordion that’s causing the sticking, *not* the springs. Thank god!

Update: opened her up and tried bending the hammers. No such luck, keys still stick. That means, if I understand this instrument well enough (doubt) the issue is almost definitely the springs beneath the keys. I need safety pins.
