At this current moment in time I would be more worried about domestic propaganda than foreign.

You can be and I agree we need to worry about both. It’s obvious though, that domestic propaganda is beginning to have a stronger impact among the literacy crisis. This is because people are losing the ability to see the difference between fact and fiction.

I’ve just posted the rest of the initial post in my replies to #1, I encourage you to read it. I can assure you that this foreign propaganda is far, FAR more of an immediate threat because it’s actually a catalyst for much of that domestic propaganda you’re worried about. People on the right believing Trump’s ridiculous rhetoric about Ukraine, the EU, Greenland & Canada? Facilitated by Russian propaganda. People on the left believing that China, Iran, North Korea are actually the good guys-

Same thing, Chinese and Russian propaganda. The denial of the Uighur genocide being committed by the Chinese? Thank China for that. The growth of Neo-Nazi sentiment in this country and Europe? Thank Russia for that.

Right there, see? You are denying a campaign of genocide that is being committed against an ethnic minority by the Chinese government. China is not a party to the ICC, and the investigators stated that because the crimes have been committed within China and by Chinese nationals against other Chinese nationals, they aren’t permitted to conduct an investigation within China. Does that help you understand?

China never joined the court and refused investigators permission to operate within Chinese territory. Now why might that be?

They can’t put out the warrant if they haven’t conducted their investigation within the country where the crimes were committed. Holy shit kid

The definition of genocide for kids is when one group of people decides to kill and try to eliminate all of another group of people. Nobody likes a genocide, don’t try and be cute by making jokes about the deaths of millions of people.

If one country decided to handle an INTERNAL conflict INTERNALLY then the ICC is not permitted to step in. They do not have the jurisdiction and any case they have would be inadmissible. I think the only exception to that is if there are inhumane acts committed to the people of that nation or if another nations rights are infringed on. There’s the evidence

Also the term genocide was coined in 1943 which means that it was coined during the events of world war 2 when the UN was formed as a response to Hitler. So the UN would be the ones to go to about genocide.

My brother in Christ you have got be kidding me. It’s literally a peer reviewed researched document about cultural genocide. Culture genocide is not listed on legal documents because it’s a literally a subgenre of genocide. It’s a piece of it. Just because you think not having a legal document automatically means you’re right, doesn’t mean anything. You are still wrong and cultural genocide does exist and it’s also referred to as cultricide.
