Not a gotcha poll. Just genuinely curious. What do you think is worst?

it’s not even comparable to say one is worse than the other imo

Almost every crime is arguably justifiable, and even moral, in certain, specific circumstances* (I.E.: Murder/assault=self Defense/defense of another, Theft=Survival, Treason=Anti-tyranny. etc.) *With the exception of rape. Can’t think of a way that knowingly violating/disregarding the consent of anothers’ bodily autonomy would ever be morally justifiable. Especially in cultures where sex intertwines w a person’s sense of inner value/identity.

i hate to say this but i will cite Les Misérables: “by granting me my life today, this man has killed me even so” sometimes rape is murder even when the victim still has a life.

In very rare cases, murder can be justified Rape, meanwhile, can never be justified

Not in the eyes of a court. Say you know someone has/could/will kill you or someone else. If you kill them before they get the chance, but they weren’t actively trying to kill you at the time, that’s legally murder, but is arguably justifiable in a moral sense.
