Aren’t gas prices getting better? And wasn’t there a thing that was passed where tips aren’t taxed for low income/upper lower class individuals? This is serious btw not coming at anyone I would just like some educated people to comment on this

The tax on tips doesn’t fully eliminate tax on tips. It only provides an above the line deduction of up to 25k. Based on that it could boost take home pay for like 2-3% of US households but it likely means more employers will shift wages to tips

Gas prices aren’t down everywhere and where they are down there’s nothing that can be attributed to republican actions
