“The bill effectively” so basically a self admitted biased interpretation of the law instead of the law. If only Palestinians blow up busses in order to delegitimize the state of Israel then only they are going to be prosecuted as such by Israel. Don’t kill and it won’t apply

Going from death penalty to no death penalty is good. Israel is doing the opposite which is bad. It’s not complicated

And not everyone agrees with you. When every time a citizen is kidnapped you have to trade thousands of convicted terrorists for one dead body, it makes instituting a death penalty a lot more attractive. Can’t complain when the people agree. Don’t murder, you won’t be put to death
