DNC now said fuck workers rights too. It’s officially the Donors National Committee.

How so?

They pretty much said “fuck workers” when they stopped letting their constituents pick their nominees. Ex. Hillary over Bernie with “super delegates” and coin flips. Then they just straight up installed Kamala with no vote cast.

Ironic they are the “No Kings” crew when they seem to like choosing leadership on an appointment rather than vote basis.

Forcing out Randi Weingarten, a union leader who has been a loud voice in the party for a while because she got into a disagreement with the chairman (presumably about workers rights given the way the DNC has been going for a few years, and the fact she’s a union leader)

Did she leave over labor disputes the one article I could find on that seems to not indicate that?

The conflation of government with a private party is very annoying. Bernie wasn’t cheated out of the election Hillary Clinton won the popular vote in the primary. We can talk about Kamala but again private parties aren’t the government and they can produce the candidate they want to. This is different from Trump who tried to nominate himself in the actual government. I also don’t know what this exclusively has to do with workers but ok.

Sounds like a bunch of nonsense for the people don’t get to choose their DNC candidate.

Both trump and the Democratic Party as a whole have a disapproval rate above 55%. You’ve got to quit pretending that everyone is one a side when a growing number of voters aren’t at all.

No it’s how parties work it’s fine if you’re unaware but in the real world not fantasy social media land this is how they work.

Disapproval doesn’t necessarily mean they don’t identity with the party

True, but it does mean they don’t agree with the way things are being ran in the party (you know, like appointing a nominee instead of electing one)

I don’t think anyone would care Kamala Harris won. I think people are frustrated with the party bc we lost a big election when we win an election it’ll go up. I don’t think it’s that deep.

You can see this bc Kamala had an ok approval rating while she was running, if what you were saying is true she wouldn’t.
