the order of the secretaries is all wrong. i think as new departments got created, they would just add the new secretary to the bottom of the order, so the dhs and energy secretaries are below FUCKING AGRICULTURE by MORE THAN A FEW SPOTS

ALSO, defense should probably be 5th and treasury 6th instead of the opposite. if the fuckin PRESIDENT, VP, SPEAKER, AND PPT ALL GET INCAPACITATED SOMEONE RELATED TO THE DEFENSE OF THE COUNTRY SHOULD PROBABLY BE IN CHARGE!!!!!
