Not power to override, they just ignore court orders and get zero repercussions because SCOTUS said any action the president takes cannot be criminally investigated. There are so many grounds to impeach but we won’t

What I think the likely outcome is if he’s impeached for a 2nd time is he will use the SCOTUS ruling to say “you can’t impeach me because I’m president” which is a scary scary thought to have
