dei programs are in place to make sure that people of color and women who have the qualifications for the job aren’t pushed aside and disregarded in favor of a white man. they aren’t “prioritizing people of color and women,” they’re ensuring people of color and women have an equal opportunity to get a job they have the qualifications for

greatest in what? surely not education (denmark), happiness (finland), quality of life(denmark again), equality (iceland), or wealth gap (slovakia). we are for sure the greatest developed country in gun homicides (25 times higher than the AVERAGE)
