The image you posted is an AI upscaled version of a grainy one that was published. It’s not gonna have accurate detail as you can tell by his left eye

i mean tbf the non ai upscaled image more than shows the facial drooping, as do several other angles, and he’s been seen with asymmetric issues using his right leg and so on for a long time (since late 2024). he’s had a stroke, and it probably wasn’t the first one. unclear if he’s currently able to speak yet
