But they’re not actually inciting any violence. If I go online and discuss a terrorist attack, or a Call of Duty video game, or a UFC fight, or whatever else, and someone gets the wrong idea and hurts someone else after seeing what I said, should it be possible for the government to hold me accountable for their actions? And who would decide what’s racist or what speech can potentially lead to violence?
