Can you go to your job and tell your boss he’s a pos and verbally disrespect him, and still expect to keep your job? No, you can physically say those things and you won’t go to jail, but you can’t expect to keep your job. Idk why that’s so hard to understand.

If I tell my boss he’s a dick, and he decides to fire me, it’s probably not a 1A violation If I call the president a dick, and my boss gets a call from a government agency saying that he has to fire me or there will be consequences, then the government did violate my 1A rights Hope this helps!

That’s not what’s happening 🙄 he’s not the first person to get a slap from consequences of words. Remember Rosanne got cancelled for saying something people didn’t like, but it was ok with you that time. He’s blessed to get the slap instead of murder. He’ll get his crappy show back in no time don’t worry.

That’s because of policies though. Workplaces have things called rules and policies that people agree to that XYZ is not allowed and blank is the procedure for violating said policy. If you don’t follow said policy, you can be terminated. Or you can file a complaint and potentially get your job back for breach of contract. Unless of course you’re an at-will employee then they can fire you for any reason.
