Changing ur views on abortion isn’t the same as changing between pro-life and pro-choice. U can disagree with abortion but still accept that it’s a personal choice, hence the name, pro-CHOICE

Corollary: known at least two women who were very pro-choice but always followed up that it’s never been an option for them to ever consider. They’ve both had kids since they first mentioned that to me and they were always consistent it was never a consideration for them in the first place. The choice is the important thing. People don’t like being forced.

You have choice, just not murder. Murder isn’t a choice.

Until there are guarantees a child will be cared for at birth, abortion will remain a fact of life. If the choice isn’t there, women will die or get seriously injured taking matters into their own hands.

The parents are the guarantee, if you can’t take care of a kid, don’t have sex, or use contraception. You’re murdering a child bc you’re selfish. That’s what abortion is

Unfortunately, your outsized look on people having attentive parents misses that people not being educated on safe sex and how to care for those children. So your false equivalences do nothing to convince people of anything other than you care more about cells than actual people.

It’s not about safe sex and saying parents aren’t attentive. People aren’t stupid. They KNOW that they can buy a condom, they KNOW they have a chance of getting pregnant, and they KNOW they can murder a child so they don’t have to be accountable for their actions.

Because it is a clump of cells.

Everything is a clump of cells. You and I are clumps of cells. We’re just bigger.

Great then we’re both fallacious. Abortion still isn’t murder and argument from emotion doesn’t work to change people’s minds. Pro life is only pro birth. Nothing more.

I’m not fallacious. You can’t just say abortion isn’t murder and say bc it just is. I’m not arguing from emotion, it’s reason. Science says life starts at conception and whatever line you draw, there’s a life outside of the womb that correlates to one inside the womb. There is no reasonable argument for the pro choice side. It’s only about wanting to kill a life because of selfish reasons the vast majority of the time.

Ok? What’s the strawman? If it’s so easy take it down.
