The lesbo sex is a go after the recent United Methodist split over gay marriage (with the new UM position supporting it), and while to the best of my knowledge it has no official position on trans people their have been openly trans deacons and ministers in the church since at least 2017

*there not their. Also as a general note be wary of any recent ex-Methodists who moved to a different denomination (especially Southern Baptists), 9 times out of 10 they left as part of the split because they refused to be in a church that allows gay marriage.

The Global Methodists are a new group that split off from the UM because they didn’t like gay people- however, many congregants of churches that became Global Methodist might not have an opinion and just continued going to their church, which is why I specifically brought up people who switch churches because of it as ones to watch for.
