Gang violence is included in most mass shooting stats. When talking about mass shootings it’s important to be clear as to what you are referring to. Are you referring shooting like Columbine and the Pulse nightclub shooting or are you also including shootouts between rival gangs. He wasn’t deflecting, he was asking for the person to specify.
