part of me wonders if the guy was intending to hit a bunch of the people on the list, and then post the papers up on victim’s doors afterwards as some kind of sick play on the protest. clearly his first target didn’t go well, seeing as both victims survived and neighbors heard shots— he wouldn’t have had time to stage things w the signs. he hurried to the second site and was caught there, again unable to put signs up. given how long the list is he definitely planned on being more prolific
