The 2. (2) seems to be what the officer is using I guess Although presumably the reasonable way to defend against it would be to just.. step out of the way

Oh 2 (2), but it also says “no objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist” The objectively reasonable thing would’ve been to move 3 feet to the right
