One of my professors saw me in my Nine Inch Nails t-shirt and asked me “did you go to the show?” and when I said “yeah, that’s where I got this shirt” he said “it was good wasn’t it?” and I said “yeah” and he wrote me a recommendation letter for law school after that

Especially since that professor likes me in particular, I remember last Spring semester I had a course with him, someone asked his summer plans and he said “I’m going to a Nine Inch Nails concert.” and I said “Holy shit! I’m so jealous!” and then we ended up at the same concert anyways.
