Or the 'winner' gets castrated and has to spend the rest of their life standing in a small cage on public display in a strait jacket lined with tiny thorns. Ppl can throw whatever they want at them in passing.

hmm thats true. maybe we just lie to them and tell them they get to go to an island filled with minors but actually just put them in a pit filled with fire ants
