This flawed logic again huh. Who are criminals? Criminals aren't criminals until they commit crimes, are they? Unless you're talking about gangs or people who already have serious criminal records who are a small subset of the people we need to worry about. Do the gun shop owners obey the law? Yes or no? The law is about more than just advice to citizens about what to do and what not to do.
