The House can choose to vote on it again afterwards or they can send it back to the Senate for revision, but if the Senate revises anything, both the House and Senate have to vote *again* on the amended bill

The bill has a self-imposed deadline on Friday, not an official one but Trump hopes to pass it by then. If it doesn't pass before hitting the deadline in August, the bill dies and they have to introduce a new one.
