I see why they do during incarceration (minus voting). But why are you letting them out of jail/prison if you don’t trust them enough to be back into society fully? Shouldn’t they still be in jail if they aren’t rehabilitated to the point of full rights restoration? Give them their rights back if they’re released. Simple as that. Not processing at all lol
