Right to repair should be protected at all costs. It’s ridiculous that we’re sold products that are designed to resist attempts to repair

It’s not even an EV problem, it’s a Tesla problem

It’s an all companies problem, not just Tesla. Other car manufacturers are nearly as bad. And don’t even get me started on tractor manufacturers.

Nah trust me on this Tesla is way worse than any other car company when it comes to self-repair

John Deere is just as bad and other companies are following suit. They’re the worst, for now, but don’t cut other companies slack.

You’d never catch me dead with a Mac and I will never purchase a new iPhone. Only used.

Literally the only reason I have an iPhone is because my dad’s company pays for it. Otherwise I’d have a Samsung

iPhones at this point are technologically inferior products. I can’t find a reason to use it anymore except that it allows you to be a part of the Apple ecosystem. Their cameras are worse than competitors, processors are worse than competitors, and they have less features than competitors. It’s ridiculous, and it annoys me that the Apple ecosystem in mobile devices is so widespread.

Last time I liked an iPhone camera was the 14 Pro, which is what I still have. The saddest thing about Apple as of late is the fact that most of their “new” features are blatant ripoffs of tweaks that jailbreak devs gave us 10+ years ago

And now their “liquid glass” theme or whatever is literally just a Windows Vista ripoff. Other companies have cracked seamless displays integrating a front camera and TouchID but Apple still hasn’t integrated any of that. There are pretty much no real major feature upgrades between my iPhone 10R and the latest models.

Shit man I did the whole liquid glass thing on a jailbroken iPhone 6 10 years ago with Winterboard

Right that was available wasn’t it. I’m so sick of Apple. Honestly if it weren’t for iMessage I’d switch to an Android. That’s literally the only thing keeping me here. And now with RCS I’m starting to consider it again.

The only thing that would keep me from switching to android once I’m financially independent is if someone finds a viable exploit for apple’s SSV garbage so I can have root access back. Plus it feels more like a lease than a purchase with how restrictive their EULA is

OP could use Offsides. It’s an open source Android port

I mean my iPhone 10 is worthless so I could always just keep it without a SIM card and have what is pretty much an iPod Touch

I agree completely. EULAs are totally out of hand.
