The government attempted to stop anyone from having kids in any manner other than simply having the person incarcerated is never not going to go horribly imo

Are we talking about a prohibition of adoption. Or forced sterilization, thereby preventing a pregnancy? I’d be more more the former than the latter.

One problem with our legal system is that we give people x years and then they’re free, regardless of whether they’ll get out and be a good member of society. I’d say we should hold people until they can prove they’re model citizens. And unfortunately for pedos, there’s no cure to that disease

Also, what if someone who was convicted already had kids. Do they just lose custody? To be clear I obviously despise pedophiles, and honestly they should be jailed for life, but the way this was worded raises a lot of questions.
