Here’s the thing; before Trump did it, they were. When Trump does it, then conservatives support it. They don’t actually have a platform anymore

They have. Nick Fuentes literally came out and said he wouldn’t vote for anyone coming out of the Trump admin in 2028 or any republican in the ‘26 primaries because of it

I’ve seen ppl parrot talking point they just heard last month, as if it was obvious for decades, and they didn’t spend the campaign saying Kamala would go to war

But not all conservatives are in support of it, even some politicians like John Kennedy have said it’s time to bring those troops home.

Fuentes isn’t a conservative he’s a Neo-Nazi.

Anonymous#11w
And they haven’t. It’s just more finger pointing and blaming and almost a refusal for liberal to side with conservatives and conservatives to side with liberals.

i mean true, but he was part of Trump’s base and i think some conservatives do watch him

It’s about consistency. When one man flip-flops, and then 40% of his voters decide to flip-flop with him, there’s never gonna be agreement. Just endless division

AnonymousOP1w
yeah i see what you mean that a lot of this is driven by people just being unable to have real conversations about actual facts because of the political polarization

He was more of Trumps base is first go as potus, but lately he’s been speaking out against him

Anonymous#11w
Fuentes kinda flip flops all the time too lmao

Anonymous#31w
well rip 💀It gave me hope when i saw the clip of him saying that stuff but if he flips back and forth all the time then :/

Anonymous#21w
At the end of the day he’s way far right who else is he gonna vote for
5
AnonymousOP1w
Yeah that is true

If you’ve watched Kennedy during the Epstein files hearings, it’s clear he’s not as sycophantic as most of the other republicans in congress. Most everyone else save a few outliers immediately fell in line behind Trump, as they always do.

Anonymous#41w
Yeah same with Tim Burchett, he tried to pass that bill to reveal sexual misconduct in congress that damn near EVERYONE voted against.

Was that the one that would have let Congress handle it themselves, making it highly politicized? That would have been a mess. An independent committee like the OCC should handle it
