Please God no I hate national systems in the US this country is way to big for stuff like that to even come close to working Part of the reason Canadian healthcare is so shit compared to the rest of the world (ignoring the eugenics)

It literally works out perfectly in places that do use it Like do u really think the needs of farmer bob from Kansas who hasn’t gone to a physical in 30 years is the same as Jeffery the New York City financier

Where you live doesn’t determine the kinds of healthcare you need, do you think every person living in NY is a financier? Also, transferring that shit sounds like hell. This would just discourage people from moving or lead to people relocating to places only for the healthcare
