I mean it’s because men are taught that violent rage is the only “manly” form of negative emotional release. So when one of them gets fucked up in the head and deranged, they think killing a bunch of people and getting shot by the cops or shooting themself afterwards is less “going out like a bitch” than just doing it to themselves and nobody else.
