Taiwan is historically and culturally part of China, and currently serves as a US military outpost. Taiwan independence is an idea supported by the descendants of Japanese collaborators

The Taiwanese people want to be left alone, and that’s what matters. Taiwan is an independent nation, everyone knows it, we just avoid saying it officially because the CCP is the most overly sensitive group of humans on the planet and we can’t trust they won’t go completely insane. The Chinese should focus on improving themselves first, and becoming a nation the Taiwanese would WANT to unify with. Stop crying
